Small-batch runs
Pilot production of 50–500 pairs to validate the line before you scale to a full factory order.
How a project runs
Most programs take 10–16 weeks from brief to confirmation sample, depending on construction and material lead times.
Brief & feasibility
We review your concept, target price, and volumes, and tell you honestly what is and isn't buildable.
Last & pattern
We build the last and break down the upper into an engineered pattern set.
Prototype rounds
Two to three sample rounds, each wear-tested and revised.
